Privacy policy

We respect your privacy. This page explains, in plain language, what personal data we collect, why, and your rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Who we are

This website is run by Technical Business Solutions (“TecBiz”, “we”, “us”), Andalucia, Spain, tax/company number ESG72372295XZ. We are the data controller for the personal data described here. Privacy questions: privacy – a t – tecbiz.eu. Data Protection Officer (if appointed): Mr. Snowden.

2. What data we collect

Contact and information request form: your name, email address, phone number (optional) and the details you write in your message. Client accounts: your name, email address, username, password (stored encrypted) and account activity. Technical data: when you visit, our servers automatically record your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and to keep the site running.

3. Why we use it and our legal basis

To answer your request and prepare proposals (steps before a contract, GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). To provide services and your client account (performance of a contract, Art. 6(1)(b)). To keep the website and our systems secure (our legitimate interests, Art. 6(1)(f)). To meet legal obligations such as accounting and tax records (Art. 6(1)(c)). We only send marketing if you have agreed to it (consent, Art. 6(1)(a)), and you can withdraw consent at any time.

4. Who we share it with

We never sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business, under contracts that protect your data: our hosting providers, email services and, when billing is added, our payment provider. We may disclose data where the law requires it.

5. International transfers

Our main systems are hosted in the European Union. If a provider processes data outside the EEA, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

6. How long we keep it

Enquiries: up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a client. Client account and contract data: for as long as you are a client, then as long as the law requires (for example, accounting records are usually kept for 6 years). Server logs: up to 90 days.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to how we use it, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To use any of these rights, email privacy – a t – tecbiz.eu. We will reply within one month.

8. Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, please contact us first. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority. In Spain this is the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD), www.aepd.es.

9. Cookies

This website only uses cookies that are strictly necessary for it to work, such as the cookies that keep you signed in to your client account and protect our forms from spam. These do not need your consent. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. If this changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first.

10. Security

We protect your data with encryption (HTTPS), secure passwords, access controls, regular updates and backups.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always on this page. Last updated: 2026.
